The transcend project targeted on the five areas - customer service, process digitization, digital human capital management (HCM), cloud leverage and IT security. The projects included a next generation mobile app for customers launched with multilingual feature to enhance customer experience. Digital payment channels integration and digital loan origination mobile application for field employees was also launched. Additionally, enterprise service bus for micro service management and Iaas/Paas and Saas cloud adoption across MMFSL were also made possible. As part of the project implemented, a comprehensive HR Management System with a blockchain integrated supply chain financing were implemented to benefit SME businesses. Machine learning and artificial intelligence were also equipped to automatically detect, deter and prevent advance threats undetectable by legacy security tools.
