Mindtree launched AI enabled platform, MVisage, for visitors, employees, front and back office teams. The platform provides Mindtree visitors a self-assisted quick check-in on an Ipad. It is powered with face recognition which further enhances the digital experience for visitors making it single click check-in for subsequent visits. It also has visitor pre-registration option for employees which makes check-in simple and quick with QR code. MVisage has created an environment with minimal manual intervention of front desk for visitor check-in, check-out or access to designated areas through face recognition. The platform is envisioned to extend into hospitality solution for visitors and employees planning customer visits with quick assist solutions. MVisage is implemented across Mindtree India offices and is planned to be implemented across all other Mindtree locations for a seamless experience.
